Sending a MILLION Thanks!

Sending a MILLION Thanks!

To everyone who has…..

Liked Curvy Girls Pole on Facebook and/or Instagram, Visited the Youtube Channel, Read a Blog Post, Visited and/or Subscribed to the blog, Told a friend about it, Liked or Commented on a Picture, Agreed to be Featured, Shared a Link, Sent me a message because they needed Encouragement or to Say “Thank You” because they’ve been Inspired, Been motivated by one of the amazing ladies I’ve showcased on Instagram and the list goes on….you truly have no idea the impact that you’ve made.

I officially launched Curvy Girls Pole last Sunday evening and in ONE WEEK, there have been OVER 700 views to a blog that essentially fell out of the sky. I don’t know how it happened and I’m still in awe, but I’m so very grateful that it has.

We’re already beginning to impact each other’s lives so greatly. If you visit the Instagram page, you’ll find ladies rooting for each other, giving advice, showing support to newcomers and that’s only with us having 128 followers! (Which I’m grateful for too considering it’s week one.)

I just wanted the opportunity to Thank Everyone who has joined this journey with me. Both, those who are supporting my personal one and those who have decided to make Curvy Girls Pole a part of their pole journey.

I’m looking forward to a long and exciting Future. 🙂

Thank you again Everyone!

P.S. Special Thanks to Kandice Massiah, Tais Prado, Colette Aleong and my MOM! I have done so many things, had so many ideas, started projects, didn’t finish some, but despite it all, you four women have supported me NO MATTER WHAT. I love you all sooooo much. More than I even have the words for. So, THANK YOU. <3

Let me tell you a little story. I took my very first Pole Fitness class in September 2014 and was addicted after. It’s an incredible workout that few would understand unless they have experienced it first hand. You’re afforded the opportunity to intimately get to […]

8 Things that keep you from trying Pole Fitness that only Exist in your Head

I’ve dragged quite a few friends to Pole Class with me and sometimes they’ve been kicking and screaming with all of these apprehensions. So, I decided to address 8 of those things and hopefully this will lessen the fear for any pole newbies. 1. I […]

  • I appreciate what you are trying to do, but reposting other’s pics and videos on social media without first asking that person permission is rude and disrespectful, even if you mean it in a complimentary fashion. You should always ask permission first, or request people hashtag you if they wish to be featured. Have you stopped to consider that not everyone you’ve reshared wants to be shared and labeled the way you have done? Using the accomplishments of others to build your own following is selfish and inconsiderate.

    • My intentions were never to offend or upset anyone. You’re absolutely right in that I should have requested permission before posting anyone’s photos and moving forward I will be sure to do so as not to offend anyone again. I appreciate your comment and I will use it as a learning opportunity in the future. What I am not doing though, is using the accomplishments of others to build a following. The women that I post are at all levels in their pole journey and this is simply a means to show support and encouragement to each other. My only goal is to provide a place where women can motivate and inspire each other. I’m brand new to this and I can admit when I’m wrong. If I posted a photo of you that made you uncomfortable, my apologies. I have removed two photos from my profile and if I posted yours and you’re unhappy about it, you can certainly let me know and I’ll make sure that it’s gone.

Again, thank you for the learning opportunity. I appreciate it and I’ll make sure I receive consent in the future.

      Best wishes,
      Jada
